Alt-Enter is used by [Midnight Commander](/linux/midnight-commander), and by default Windows Terminal maps this to toggle fullscreen (which is also done via F11). To remove the mapping for Alt-Enter, add the following to your keybindings:

that is, put it in the "keybindings" array thus:

            "keys": "alt+enter"

        ...
