## Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol These only work fully with NativeInstruments' only KompleteKontrol software. The Midi mode presets are stored on the computer, not the device, so for example under Linux there is no way to have the rotary encoders send relative events (even though, at a hardware level, relative movements are what endless rotary encoders generate). Then there are the buttons, which do nothing except with NativeInstruments' own software, and an extra coarse knob which again is only usable with KompleteKontrol. It would be *so much more useful* if there was a mode which simply reported events to the computer (via e.g. Midi) and allowed you to tell it what to display on the screen.
